Registration/Book Fees
The registration/book fees may be paid in two installments. 50% must be paid at the time of registration in February and the remaining 50% must be paid by the last day of July.  The book fee is non refundable.  The registration fee is non refundable, unless the applicant is not accepted based on results of testing or interviews.  If the student is not accepted the registration fee will be refunded, less $50 for testing.  

Tuition
Tuition may be paid in full, or in either ten (10), or twelve (12) monthly installments.  Each installment is due on the first of each month.  A $10 late fee will be assessed for payments not received by the 8th of the month.  A $25 fee will be assessed for each check not honored by the bank.  Withdrawal of a student(s) prior to the end of the school year will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the remaining tuition due. This penalty is enforceable from the time the registration or a part of the registration fee is paid.  Under extenuating circumstances, modification of the fee amount may be considered by the Board of Christian Day School.

Extended Care
Our Extended Care program is in operation every day that school is in session and on most school holidays.  Operating hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  A fee of $ 1.00 per minute will be charged for every minute before 7:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m.  We will first accept those who need child care five days every week.  We will then fill any remaining openings with those who need child care on a scheduled basis of less than five days a week.  Monthly rates will be billed in full regardless of attendance.  Please select a payment plan that is beneficial to your needs.  Once a plan is selected it may not be changed.
